2. Geltungsbereich / Scope
Coordinator ist eine webbasierte SaaS-Lösung für Schulsozialarbeit und Jugendhilfe. Die Plattform umfasst den CRM-Bereich sowie alle Verwaltungsbereiche und wird vom Anbieter zentral gehostet und betrieben.
Coordinator is a web-based SaaS solution for school social work and youth services. The platform includes the CRM and all administration areas, hosted and operated centrally by the provider.

- Deutschland — BITV 2.0 / Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG)
- Schweiz — eCH-0059 / Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz (BehiG)
3. Konformitätsstatus / Conformance Status
Coordinator ist weitgehend konform mit WCAG 2.2 Level AA, BITV 2.0 (Deutschland) und eCH-0059 (Schweiz). Da WCAG 2.2 AA die Anforderungen von WCAG 2.1 AA übertrifft, wird durch diese Erklärung gleichzeitig die Konformität mit allen drei Standards erklärt.
Coordinator is largely conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, BITV 2.0 (Germany) and eCH-0059 (Switzerland). As WCAG 2.2 AA supersedes WCAG 2.1 AA, this statement covers conformance with all three standards simultaneously.

Jeder Nutzer kann folgende Funktionen in seinen Profileinstellungen wählen. Einstellungen werden plattformweit gespeichert und bei jeder Sitzung automatisch angewendet.
Each user can select the following features in their profile. Settings are stored platform-wide and applied automatically on every session.

- Atkinson Hyperlegible — für Seheinschränkungen / for low vision (Braille Institute)
- Inclusive Sans — für Lese-/Lernschwierigkeiten / for dyslexia and reading difficulties
- Lexend Deca, Lexend Peta, Lexend Zetta — reduzieren visuellen Stress / reduce visual stress
- Weitere / Also: Default, Abeezee, Actor, Akshar, Baloo, Cairo Play, Gothic, Poppins, Typewriter
4.2 Hoher Kontrast / High Contrast
Coordinator-High-Contrast: WCAG-AA-konformes Farbschema als Nutzereinstellung verfügbar.
Coordinator-High-Contrast: WCAG AA compliant colour scheme available as a user setting.
4.3 Schriftgröße / Font Size
Normal, Mittel (110%), Groß (120%) — ergänzt die Browserzoom-Funktion.
Normal, Middle (110%), Large (120%) — supplements browser zoom.
4.4 Sprunglink / Skip Navigation
Alle Seiten: sprachbewusster Sprunglink ('Zum Hauptinhalt springen' / 'Skip to main content'), sichtbar bei Tastaturfokus.

5. Supportmodell / Support Model
Coordinator wird als SaaS-Lösung bereitgestellt. Der Anbieter unterstützt die IT-Administratoren der einsetzenden Organisationen. Endnutzer wenden sich bei Fragen an den Coordinator-Administrator ihrer Organisation.
Coordinator is provided as a SaaS solution. The provider supports IT administrators of deploying organisations. End users contact their organisation's Coordinator administrator, who can escalate to the provider where necessary.
